Prices are based on useable donor parts in very good condition. Price may vary from amounts mentioned above due to specific needs of your bike/donor parts and choice of exhaust style. Final quote will be given once donor bike/parts are received and inspected.
Vibration/gasket compression may cause fasteners to lose initial torque setting. All fasteners will be checked for tightness prior to shipping but buyer must check and tighten if needed.
All payments payable to Indus Valley Design, preferred via personal check or bank transfer. If buyer wants to use Paypal, any Paypal fees will be added to total.
Down payment of 50% is required at the time of order. Balance is due upon completion of work. Customer will be notified of completion. Images and/or video will be sent as proof of completion. Bike/engine will be shipped once balance payment is received.
Shipping must be arranged by customer and it is the customer's responsibility to negotiate adequate insurance via shipping company to ensure any possible damage during shipment is covered. Uship.com is a good source for quotes from multiple providers.
WARRANTY.
Indus Valley Design warrants the machined Musket crankcase castings to be free of manufacturing defects and will repair or replace if found to be defective for a period of 5 years from original date of delivery. Complete crankcase must be shipped back, buyer pays shipping. Return shipping will be covered.
Indus Valley Design will not be responsible for any damage arising from the failure of any and all installed stock or aftermarket parts such as and not limited to: piston assemblies, conrods, big-end bearings, main bearings, cams, spindles, timing pinion, pump work gear, driveshaft, timing shaft, oil pumps, pump spindles, oil seals, oil-filters.
Warranty does not cover stripped threads due to over-tightening of fasteners.
Absolutely no warranty is expressed or implied in any manner for racing use.

Indus Valley Design, manufacturer of the Musket V twin, will in no way be liable for any loss or damage of any sort resulting from the installation and/or use of the Musket V twin crankcase in any application.
Indus Valley Design's liability is limited to repair or replacement of a part manufactured by them that is confirmed to be defective and has not been subject to abuse, misuse or neglect arising from lack of maintenance.
